Koso4d Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Betting Platform Terms of Use

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the koso4d website, mobile application, and all related services provided by our platform. This Agreement takes effect from the date you first access or register an account with koso4d.

Koso4d reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the website. Continued use of the koso4d platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. koso4d will endeavour to notify users of significant changes via in-platform notifications or the registered email address.

To register and use koso4d's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years on the date of registration
• Have a valid and active Malaysian phone number
• Not on koso4d's active self-exclusion list
• Not residing in a jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited by law
• Do not register on behalf of another person or use false information
• Hold only one (1) active account on koso4d at any one time

Koso4d reserves the right to request age verification at any time and to suspend an account while that verification is in progress. Documents that may be required include a national identity card (MyKad), passport, or other official documents confirming your identity and age.

Each user is only permitted to register and hold one (1) account at koso4d. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of these Terms & Conditions and may result in the closure of all accounts and the freezing of all balances without any compensation.

Your Security Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials
• Do not share your password or account details with any other party
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for added security — highly recommended
• Notify koso4d immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared or public device

Koso4d will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your negligence or failure to safeguard your login credentials. All activities conducted through your account — with or without your knowledge — are solely your responsibility.

Koso4d accepts deposits via a variety of local Malaysian payment methods. All transactions are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) only. koso4d does not accept any foreign currency.

Accepted Deposit Methods

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned (subject to an administrative fee). koso4d reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time.

Withdrawals from your koso4d account may be made at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The account has successfully completed KYC (Know Your Customer) and identity verification
• No active games or pending bets at the time the request is submitted
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction
• The maximum withdrawal amount is RM 50,000 per day (limit subject to review for VIP accounts)
• All bonuses received must meet the rollover requirement before any withdrawal is permitted

Withdrawal Processing Time

Koso4d endeavours to process all withdrawal requests within 15–30 minutes for withdrawals to e-wallets (TNG, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow). Withdrawals to bank accounts via FPX or bank transfer may take up to 1–2 business days.

Koso4d reserves the right to request additional documentation or conduct further security checks before approving withdrawals exceeding RM 10,000. This is a standard security measure to protect the interests of our members.

All bonuses and promotions offered by koso4d are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each offer. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Each bonus carries a rollover (turnover) requirement that must be met before any bonus balance can be withdrawn
• The rollover amount is calculated as: Bonus Amount × Rollover Factor
• Wagering on different games may contribute at different rates towards rollover requirements
• Cancelled, void, or rejected bets will not count towards rollover requirements
• Bonuses have an expiry period — please check the specific terms of each promotion
• Koso4d reserves the right to void bonuses if there is evidence of abuse or fraud
• Only one active bonus is permitted at a time unless otherwise stated

All bets and gameplay on the koso4d platform are subject to the specific rules stated for each game or category. The following general rules apply to all bet types:

Sports Betting (Football, Badminton, Cricket & More)

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the player
• Koso4d reserves the right to void any bets placed based on incorrect odds resulting from a technical error
• If a match is cancelled or postponed for more than 24 hours, all pre-match bets will be voided and stakes fully refunded
• The official results issued by the relevant governing body are final for all betting settlement purposes
• Koso4d is not responsible for results obtained from unofficial sources

Casino Games (Blackjack, Slots, Live Casino)

• All games use a certified and audited Random Number Generator (RNG)
• Results of completed game rounds are final and cannot be disputed unless there is documented evidence of a technical failure
• Any technical failure occurring during an active game round will result in that round being voided and all wagers refunded
• The use of automation software, bots, or third-party assistance tools during gameplay is strictly prohibited

Koso4d is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming. We provide a range of self-control tools that players can use to manage their gaming habits. These tools can be accessed through your account settings.

• Daily / Weekly / Monthly Deposit Limit — set a cap on how much you can deposit within a given period
• Loss Limit — set the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a given period
• Betting Limits — cap the maximum bet size per round
• Temporary Exclusion — take a break from the platform for 24 hours, 1 week, or 1 month
• Permanent Self-Exclusion — permanently close your account at your own request

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the koso4d platform and may result in immediate account suspension or closure, balance freeze, and legal action where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account
• Providing false or misleading personal identification information
• Using bots, automation software, or third-party assistance tools during gameplay
• Attempting to exploit technical bugs or system vulnerabilities
• Credit card fraud or fraudulent use of any other payment method
• Money laundering through the platform
• Sharing account information with another party for the purpose of syndicate betting
• Threatening, insulting, or harassing koso4d staff or other members
• Spreading false or defamatory information about koso4d
• Any attempt to gain unauthorised access to koso4d's backend systems or databases

Koso4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for the following reasons:

• Breach of any part of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to submit the required KYC documents within the specified timeframe
• Fraudulent activity or suspicious behaviour
• Requests by authorities or law enforcement agencies
• At the member's own request for self-exclusion

If an account is closed for reasons unrelated to fraud or a breach of terms, any valid balance will be returned to the player via the original payment method within 5–10 business days. If an account is closed due to fraud or a serious breach, koso4d reserves the right to withhold the balance as damages.

Koso4d provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding its continuous availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, koso4d shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of using the platform, including betting losses
• Service disruptions due to maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own negligence
• Content or services provided by third parties accessible through our platform
• Delays or failures in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third parties

Koso4d reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on the koso4d website. We will endeavour to provide at least 7 days' notice before any material changes take effect, via email or in-platform notification.

Continued use of the koso4d platform after any changes to the terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you are entitled to close your account and withdraw any valid balance.
